Midwest producers Kema & Moreit present Trueque, a four-track release featuring three originals and a remix from Barcelona-based artist Phran (@phran)
Written between Iowa City, Minneapolis, and Chicago, the release moves through fast tempos and percussive frameworks. XXXL hits at 165 BPM, driven by a vocal sample and a heavy swing shaped by Kema’s touch. “Maravilla” and “Sacude” lock into Moreit’s raptor house and hardgroove-driven momentum, keeping the pressure tight and the flow locked in.
Phran delivers a remix of “Sacude” that amplifies the percussion and low-end weight into something even more hypnotic.

karennoid’s Debut EP
DiGiTONA is a six track EP that fuses digital maximalism with club-ready perreo and Latin Club heat. With star-pierced edges and playful swagger, the EP flexes bilingual bars and sharp chrome-coated charisma.
Rooted in her perspective as a Chicana from Chicago’s southside, karennoid curates hyperdigital euphoria throughout DiGiTONA, seamlessly downloading listeners into her world.
karennoid has been active across Chicago’s underground — from warehouse raves to major festivals, with DJ sets in cities like Bogotá and Mexico City. She’s also part of Agua de Rosas, the label and crew behind the release, and co-host of Radio Perris, a podcast for reggaetón lovers.

Agua de Rosas Celebrates 7 Years with Debut V/A Compilation, Featuring Local and International Talent
March 2025 marks seven years since Agua de Rosas was formed. This compilation is a celebration of the collective’s rich history and a gateway to a bold new era. With 24 electrifying tracks that blend Latin Club rhythms, Perreo, and dynamic, high-energy club sounds, this V/A showcases a groundbreaking lineup of talent reshaping the underground scene. It features local, national, and global producers who have been vital to the evolution of Agua de Rosas.
Highlighted contributors include Ariel Zetina, Miami’s v1fro, Colombia’s Aleroj, and Argentina’s EL PLVYBXY. Texas-based SEWA brings a unique Tribal flair, while Agua de Rosas members J. Córdova and karennoid deliver tracks that capture the collective’s deep roots and bold vision. The elixir of the underground brings you the perfect V/A to indulge the senses.

Our debut EP, Cápsula. Cápsula is a collection of tracks created on the Southside of Chicago while Entrañas was on tour in the U.S. in May of 2024. This EP is a collaborative effort in friendship between Entrañas, J. Córdova, karennoid, Kema, Moreit, and Liquid City Motors.
